The holiday home La Casa Sul Lago is located in Osiglia (SV), just steps from the lake and a few kilometers from the sea. The 70 m² apartment features a living room with a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV (channels available only in Italian), and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available on request. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house; another family lives on the upper floor. The highlight of this property is the outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The garden is shared with the residents upstairs. Please note that parking inside the property is not possible. Street parking is available, and two bicycles and a canoe (summer months only) are provided. Pets are welcome. Air conditioning is not available. The entrance and interiors are step-free, making the house easily accessible. Guests are kindly asked to sort their waste for recycling; all information will be provided on site.
